ABOUT
I work at the intersection of product, strategy and execution.
Product Consultant — Delhi, India
An MBA graduate from IIM with a foundation in architecture, I work across product strategy and new business development, shaping decisions around opportunity, product direction, feasibility, economics, IP, and market entry. Cross-industry experience and patent-led product work bring a multidisciplinary perspective to complex problems connecting commercial, design, technology, and execution priorities into a clear path forward.
WHO I AM
Positioning
I turn market opportunities into investable product directions testing demand, feasibility, economics, prototypes, IP potential, and routes to market across physical products, technology enabled products, and the built environment.
What I work on
- Product strategy : define where to play and what to build
- Product definition : shape propositions, requirements, and priorities
- Validation : test assumptions before major commitments
- Product development : connect concept, feasibility, and execution
- Go-to-market : shape positioning, economics, and launch
- Portfolio strategy : decide what to invest in, scale, or stop
How I think
- Start with the market and the customer
- Define the problem and size the opportunity
- Test demand before scaling investment
- Balance desirability, feasibility, and economics
- Use evidence to sharpen product–market fit
- Scale where the market signals are strongest
HOW I WORK
Strategy should work in the real world.
I break complex product problems into a series of clear decisions.
I start by understanding the customer and the market. Then I look at what is changing, where the opportunity is, and what could make the idea fail. I build and test the most important assumptions early, check whether the product can be made and sold profitably, and turn what we learn into a clear direction for the product and the market.
Process
- Frame : define the problem, customer and opportunity
- Investigate : research users, markets, technologies and constraints
- Prioritise : make trade-offs explicit
- Prototype : make the product or system tangible enough to test
- Evaluate : assess feasibility, economics and strategic fit
- Execute : convert evidence into product direction
Tools & stack
I combine market research, customer insight, data analysis, financial modelling, and prototyping to assess opportunities and guide product decisions. I use tools such as Figma, Python, SQL, Power BI, CAD, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to turn analysis into clear, actionable direction.
BACKGROUND
BACKGROUND
Architecture taught me systems thinking. Business taught me commercial decision making.
I started in architecture and moved into product, innovation, and strategy.
Architecture trained me to balance users, engineering, materials, cost, regulation, and execution. My MBA at IIM Kashipur added finance, marketing, analytics, operations, and product management to that foundation.
Selected experience
- Product strategy & market research
- Physical-product development & prototyping
- Innovation & R&D
- Business modelling & commercial analysis
- Data & location-intelligence concepts
- Computational design & built-environment projects
- Cross-functional project leadership
Current focus
Building products that have to work beyond the prototype.
I am most interested in physical products, consumer technology, industrial systems, AEC technology, mobility, and sustainability—especially where product decisions involve customers, engineering, economics, operations, and market fit.
The questions I like working on are not just “Can we build this?” but “Should we build it? Who is it for? What would make it viable? And what will it take to bring it to market?”
